View the Insight Report
Go to Dashboard > Waiting Room Management > Insights.
- If no waiting rooms are registered in Dashboard > Waiting Room Management > Waiting Room List, click the Get Started button on the Insights screen to add a waiting room first, then use the Insights screen.

Insights Home Screen: One or More Waiting Rooms Registered

When one or more waiting rooms are registered, enter your question about the waiting rooms in the input field at the bottom of the Insights screen, then click the Search icon button.
- Example question 1) Please generate insights based on the waiting room operational data.
- Example question 2) Please compare the insights for each waiting room.

Based on the insight response to your question, enter the unique ID of the waiting room to retrieve operational data from, along with the date range for the operational data.

If you have multiple waiting rooms, you can also generate insights based on comparison data across waiting rooms.

Once the operational data has been generated based on the entered unique ID and date range, click the Copy button in the upper-right corner of the generated insight result to copy the data.

After clicking the Copy button, you can use the copy function again for the same generated data after 1 second.
