Advanced Setting
Shopify Prize Price and Payment Date Settings
This feature is available only for raffle promotions linked with Shopify that are integrated with products from a connected Shopify store.
In a Shopify-linked raffle promotion, when a participant selects a prize option, the Shopify payment process is triggered, and pre-payment is immediately processed.
- Pre-payment is initiated at the moment the participant selects a prize option within the Information Input Popup and clicks the Confirm button.

Enter the Pre-payment Amount for the registered prize under Manage Promotions > Prize Settings > Prize Quantity and Winning Probability.
- Shopify Product Price displays the sale price of the connected Shopify store item and cannot be modified from within Prize Settings > Prize Quantity and Winning Probability.
- The displayed Shopify Product Price corresponds to the lowest price among the connected Shopify prize options.

Enter the Batch Payment Date for the registered prize.
- Batch Payment Date: The date on which the remaining balance will be automatically charged after the pre-payment for selected winners has been processed.
- The remaining balance payment is handled through Shopify and cannot be modified in Deepromotion after the promotion has ended.

This promotion’s payment system uses Shopify’s Purchase Plan feature. (Shopify Admin > Product Detail Page to check Purchase Plan)
If the Shopify Purchase Plan is deleted, the promotion will not function properly.
When the promotion ends, the connected Purchase Plan will be automatically removed from Deepromotion.
Shopify Order Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations can be processed through the following channels:
- Shopify Store Admin Page
- Participant’s My Page
- Deepromotion > Data Management > Participant List
Order cancellations cannot be processed if more than 90 days have passed since the promotion ended.
Cancellations are also not available after the designated batch payment date has passed.
