Uploading Custom Spin the Wheel Designs
What Is Spin the Wheel Design Upload?
Spin the Wheel Design Upload is a feature that allows you to upload your own design files to the editor and use them for promotion operation instead of using the default themes provided by Dpromotion.
Preparing the Design and Upload Files
After completing your design work by referring to the Spin the Wheel Design Guide, prepare the Background, Entry Button, Arrow, and Front Panel files in the required file formats.
Dpromotion is not responsible for any issues caused by failing to follow the Spin the Wheel Design Guide.
You can upload image files in JPEG, JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, and SVG formats for Spin the Wheel promotion themes.
Deleting Objects
Delete all layers except for the special layers in the existing theme that handle the main Spin the Wheel functions, such as the Front Panel, Entry Button, and Arrow.
Adjusting the Canvas (Artboard) Size
Click the Canvas area in the right Layers panel to open the Canvas settings panel.
In the Canvas settings panel, adjust the Canvas (artboard) size to match the size of the design files you are going to upload.
If you set the Canvas size first before uploading design files, you can place the Background, Front Panel, Button, and Arrow more accurately.
Uploading the Background
Upload the Background file by clicking the Add File button at the top of the design editor.
After adding the uploaded Background image to the Canvas, adjust its size and position to fit the Canvas size.
Uploading the Front Panel Image
Click the Add File button at the top of the design editor to upload the Front Panel design file.
Move the uploaded Front Panel image under the Front Panel layer in the right Layers panel.
- Delete the previous Front Panel design file.
- After placing it, adjust the desired position, size, and angle without going outside the Canvas (artboard) area.
Use the Area Guide to adjust the number of wheel sections and the winning range applied to each section based on the uploaded image.

Uploading Prize Images
Click the Add File button at the top to upload the prize design file.
Move the uploaded design file under the Front Panel layer in the right Layers panel.
- Delete the previous prize image design file.
- After placing it, adjust the desired position, size, and angle without going outside the Canvas (artboard) area.
Uploading the Entry Button
Click the Add File button at the top to upload the Entry Button design file.
Move the uploaded design file under the Submit Button layer in the right Layers panel.
- Delete the previous Entry Button design file.
- After placing it, adjust the desired position, size, and angle without going outside the Canvas (artboard) area.
Uploading the Spin the Wheel Arrow
Click the Add File button at the top of the design editor to upload the Arrow design file.
Move the uploaded design file under the Arrow layer in the right Layers panel.
- Delete the previous Spin the Wheel Arrow design file.
- After placing it, adjust the desired position, size, and angle without going outside the Canvas (artboard) area.
Adjust the angle of the uploaded Arrow using the purple anchor point on the Area Guide.
