당첨 알림 관리

당첨 알림 관리

당첨 알림 관리에서는 프로모션 운영중 경품에 당첨된 참여자에게 자동으로 발송되는 알림 발송 사용 또는 
당첨 알림 발송을 통해 수동으로 발송한 알림을 확인하거나 발송 건수를 충전할 수 있습니다.

 

LMS 및 이메일 충전

  1. 대시보드 > 당첨 알림 > 당첨 알림 관리로 이동하세요.
  2. 문자 발송 관리 오른쪽 위 충전하기를 선택하세요.
  3. 예상 발송 건수에 맞춰 모바일 알림 건수 충전 단위를 선택하세요.
  4. 결제 진행에 동의 체크 후 결제를 선택하세요.
  5. 보유 크레딧에서 이용 요금 결제 후 알림 건수가 충전됩니다.

참고하세요.
알림 사용 이력이 없는 경우 결제일로부터 7일 내 결제를 취소할 수 있습니다.
결제 취소를 원하는 경우 고객센터로 문의하세요.

 

발송 이력

당첨 알림 내역은 대시보드 > 당첨 알림 > 당첨 알림 관리에서 프로모션별로 확인할 수 있으며,
상세 보기버튼을 통해 발송 건별로 발송 일시, 발송 결과 등 상세 내역을 확인할 수 있습니다.

 

재발송

발송 건수 부족으로 발송에 실패한 경우 충전 후 재발송할 수 있습니다.

  1. 상세 보기에서 발송 건수 부족으로 발송에 실패한 항목을 선택하세요.
  2. 모바일 알림, 이메일 전송 실패 일괄 재발송을 선택하세요.

참고하세요.
없는 이메일 또는 휴대폰 번호로 인한 발송 실패는 재발송할 수 없으며, 건수가 차감되지 않습니다.

 

기프티콘 발송 내역

기프티콘 발송 내역은 대시보드 > 당첨 알림 > 기프트 발송 내역에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
상세 보기를 클릭하여 기프티콘 발송 일시, 발송 결과 등 상세 내역 확인 및 기프티콘을 재발송할 수 있습니다.

 

기프티콘 재발송

크레딧 부족 등의 사유로 발송에 실패한 경우 대시보드 > 당첨 알림 > 기프트 발송 내역을 통해 재발송할 수 있습니다.

  1. 기프트 발송 내역에서 발송에 실패한 프로모션의 상세보기를 선택하세요.
  2. 기프트 발급 실패 일괄 재발급을 클릭하여 기프트를 재발송하세요.

참고하세요.
없는 휴대폰 번호로 인한 발송 실패는 재발송할 수 없습니다.
