Configuring Mission Setup
In the Mission Setup section under Manage Promotions > Mission & Level Settings, select the expand button for the mission area to configure (Mission 1, Mission 2, Mission 3…) to display the detailed settings for that mission.

Setting the Mission Completion Condition
Select Order Count as the Mission Completion Condition for the mission to configure.
- Order Count mission: The mission is completed when the number of orders placed by the participant during the specified period that reach the selected order status (Paid or Delivered) accumulates to at least the specified number.
Note.
The Order Count mission can be configured only when the promotion is integrated with one of the following platforms.
- Google (Google User Authentication)
- Shopify

Setting Detailed Conditions for Order Count
Under Detailed Conditions for the mission, select the order status (Paid or Delivered) to apply as the mission completion criterion.
Enter the Order Count required to complete the mission.
- The order count is calculated by order number.
- Example: If the order status is set to Delivered and the order count is set to 3, the mission is completed when at least three orders placed during the specified period have reached the Delivered status.
Setting the Mission Period
Enter the date information in Start Date and End Date to set the period for the Order Count mission.
- Only orders placed within the specified period and confirmed to have reached the selected order status (Paid or Delivered) are included in the order count.
Caution.
Even if an order contains multiple products or multiple quantities of the same product, it is counted as one order when the order number is the same.
A single order number cannot be used for multiple order-based missions. When multiple order-based missions are configured, a different order number is required to complete each mission.
An order number already used to complete another order-based mission cannot be reused for another mission.
