Mission Pending State Settings
Getting Started
In the Design Editor, select the Mission Pending State (Ready) layer in the right-side Layers panel to open the Mission Pending State (Ready) settings panel.
- The Mission Pending State is displayed for missions that the participant has not yet completed.
- It appears before mission participation and guides the participant through the mission to be completed using the mission name, XP awarded, participation instructions, button images, and other elements.
- The pending-state image and completed-state image can be edited in separate layers so that the Mission Pending State can be clearly distinguished from the Mission Completed State.


Changing the Mission Pending State
At the top of the Mission Pending State (Ready) settings panel on the left, select the Assets (Elements) list and choose the Mission Pending State asset (element) to apply.
- Selecting an asset (element) replaces the previous Mission Pending State asset (element) with the selected asset (element).


Position
For the selected Mission Pending State asset (element), configure Align (alignment), Location (location), and Layer Order (front/back order) using the Mission Pending State (Ready) settings panel's Position section.

In the Align section, use the alignment icon button to align the selected Mission Pending State asset (element) to the left, horizontal center, right, top, vertical center, bottom.

In the Location section, configure the selected Mission Pending State asset (element) using the X/Y position coordinates.
- Use mouse drag-and-drop to move it directly to the desired X/Y position coordinates.
- Use keyboard shortcuts to set the X/Y position coordinates of the selected Mission Pending State asset (element).

Layer Order controls the front-to-back stacking order of items on the canvas relative to the selected Mission Pending State asset (element) (Forward, Backward, To front, To back).
- Forward: Moves the selected item forward by one level
- Backward: Moves the selected item backward by one level
- To front: Moves the selected item in front of all other items on the canvas
- To back: Moves the selected item behind all other items on the canvas
- In the right-side Layers panel, you can also use mouse drag-and-drop to set the front-to-back stacking order of items in the Editor.
- Use keyboard shortcuts to set the front-to-back stacking order of the selected Mission Pending State asset (element).

Size
Mission Pending State (Ready) settings panel's Size section controls the size values (width, height) of the selected Mission Pending State asset (element).
- When the Mission Pending State asset (element) is selected, use the displayed corner and adjustment handles and drag them with the mouse to resize the selected asset (element).
- Resizing the Mission Pending State may change the display proportions and positioning of the pending-state image and instructional text within the Individual Mission area.
- After resizing the Mission Pending State, check that the mission name, XP awarded, and participation instructions do not overlap.

Flip
Mission Pending State (Ready) settings panel's Flip section lets you flip the selected Mission Pending State asset (element) vertically or horizontally.
- Vertically: Flips the selected Mission Pending State asset (element) vertically.
- Horizontally: Flips the selected Mission Pending State asset (element) horizontally.

Style
Mission Pending State (Ready) settings panel's Style section lets you configure the selected Mission Pending State asset (element) by setting its opacity and rotation angle.
- Appearance: Sets the opacity of the selected Mission Pending State asset (element).
- Angle: Sets the rotation angle of the selected Mission Pending State asset (element).
