Frequency Use Cases: Stamp Tour
What is a Stamp Tour?
A Stamp Tour is a promotion where participants visit multiple offline locations and earn stamps one by one by completing GPS Verification mission tasks at each location.
The key to a Stamp Tour is to use Frequency's GPS Verification mission tasks and Mission Combination Settings to combine multiple GPS Verification mission tasks configured for different locations and naturally encourage participants to visit various offline locations with the goal of completing the missions.
Depending on the setup type (Chain Type, Accumulate Type) selected in Mission Combination Settings, a Stamp Tour can be operated by requiring participants to collect a certain number of stamps or collect all stamps from designated locations.

Configuring GPS Verification Mission Tasks by Location
Under Promotion Management > Mission Settings > Mission Task Settings, select GPS Verification as the Mission Completion Condition for each mission task.

For a Stamp Tour, it is recommended to configure a separate GPS Verification mission task for each location to be visited.
→ Example: When operating a Stamp Tour for the Seongsu, Gangnam, and Hongdae branches, configure a separate GPS Verification mission task for each location, such as Mission 1 for the Seongsu branch, Mission 2 for the Gangnam branch, and Mission 3 for the Hongdae branch.
In the GPS Settings section of each mission task, select the Enter button to open the Add Location Popup.

In the Add Location Popup, set the GPS coordinates (latitude and longitude) and participation radius for the location to be applied to each GPS Verification mission task.

After setting both the GPS coordinates and participation radius, select the Add button in the Add Location Popup to complete the location registration for the GPS Verification mission task.
- For detailed information on how to configure GPS coordinates and the participation radius for a GPS Verification mission task, refer to the guide below.

Multiple locations can be registered to a single GPS Verification mission task, but participants do not need to visit all registered locations. Participants can take part in the mission by completing GPS Verification within the participation radius of any one of the registered locations.
To distinguish the visit result for each location as a separate stamp, configure a separate GPS Verification mission task for each location.
Setting Mission Combinations: Accumulate Type
To set a mission combination to be completed when participants collect a certain number or more of the stamps earned at multiple locations, select Accumulate Type as the Prize Setup Type under Promotion Management > Mission Settings > Mission Combination Settings.

Select the GPS Verification mission tasks to use for the Stamp Tour in the mission combination, and set the minimum number of stamps participants must collect to complete the mission combination in Accumulated Count.
- The Accumulated Count cannot be set higher than the total number of mission tasks selected for the mission combination.
- With Accumulate Type, the mission combination is completed when participants complete at least the configured Accumulated Count of mission tasks, even if they do not complete all mission tasks selected for the mission combination.
- Example (1) : Complete at least 3 of 5 GPS Verification mission tasks → Complete the mission combination by earning 3 stamps
- Example (2) : Complete at least 5 of 8 GPS Verification mission tasks → Complete the mission combination by earning 5 stamps

Select the GPS Verification mission tasks for the locations that participants must complete together within a single mission combination.
- With Chain Type, all mission tasks selected for the mission combination must be completed for the mission combination to be completed, allowing the promotion to be configured so that participants visit all designated locations.

- Claim Prize : After meeting the completion conditions for the mission combination, the participant performs a confirmation action on the promotion screen to receive the prize.
