Frequency Design Upload
What Is Frequency Design Upload?
Frequency Design Upload allows custom design files to be uploaded to the editor and used for promotions instead of the themes provided by DPromotion by default.
Preparing Design Files for Upload
After creating the design based on the Frequency Design Guide, prepare the Mission Ready State, Mission Complete State, Combination Mission Ready State, Combination Mission Complete State files in the appropriate file formats.

DPromotion is not responsible for any damages resulting from failure to comply with the Frequency Design Guide.
Frequency promotion themes support the following image file formats: JPEG, JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, SVG files.
Deleting Objects
Delete all layers from the existing theme except the special layers that support the key Frequency functions.
- Do not delete layers required for Frequency operation, such as Mission Ready State, Mission Complete State, Combination Mission Ready State, and Combination Mission Complete State.
- Delete any images, text, and decorative elements not used in the design to make space for the design files to be uploaded.

Adjusting the Canvas Size
Click the Canvas section in the right layer panel to open the Canvas Settings Panel.

In the Canvas Settings Panel, adjust the canvas size to match the dimensions of the design file to upload.

Setting the canvas size before uploading the design files allows mission state images and mission combination-related images to be positioned more accurately.
Uploading the Background (Canvas)
Locate the Add File button at the top of the design editor and click it to upload the background file.

After adding the uploaded background image to the canvas, adjust its size and position to fit the canvas dimensions.
- Place the background image behind key objects such as the Frequency template and mission states.
- Arrange key information, including the event name, event period, participation instructions, and reward details, so that it does not overlap the Frequency objects.

Uploading the Mission Ready State
Locate the Add File button at the top of the design editor and click it to upload the Mission Ready State design file.

Move the uploaded design file under the Mission Ready State layer in the right layer panel.
- Delete the previous Mission Ready State design file.
- After adding the file, adjust its desired position, size, and angle while keeping it within the canvas boundaries.

Uploading the Mission Complete State
Locate the Add File button at the top of the design editor and click it to upload the Mission Complete State design file.

Move the uploaded design file under the Mission Complete State layer in the right layer panel.
- Delete the previous Mission Complete State design file.
- After adding the file, adjust its desired position, size, and angle while keeping it within the canvas boundaries.

Uploading the Combination Mission Ready State
Locate the Add File button at the top of the design editor and click it to upload the Combination Mission Ready State design file.

Move the uploaded design file under the Combination Mission Ready State layer in the right layer panel.
- Delete the previous Combination Mission Ready State design file.
- After adding the file, adjust its desired position, size, and angle while keeping it within the canvas boundaries.

Uploading the Combination Mission Complete State
Locate the Add File button at the top of the design editor and click it to upload the Combination Mission Complete State design file.

Move the uploaded design file under the Combination Mission Complete State layer in the right layer panel.
- Delete the previous Combination Mission Complete State design file.
- After adding the file, adjust its desired position, size, and angle while keeping it within the canvas boundaries.
