Check-in Design Upload
What is Check-in Design Upload?
Check-in Design Upload is a feature that allows you to upload custom design files to the editor and use them to run a promotion instead of using the themes and Assets (elements) provided by default in DPromotion.
You can upload custom-created backgrounds, mission states, check-in buttons, mission combination prize images, and mission combination state images, then adjust the position and size of each object to create the check-in event screen.
Preparing the Design and Files for Upload
After creating the design by referring to the Check-in Design Guide, prepare the Background (Canvas), Mission Pending State, Mission Available State, Mission Completed State, Check-in Button, Mission Combination Pending State, and Mission Combination Completed State files in the appropriate file formats.

DPromotion is not responsible for any losses resulting from failure to comply with the Check-in Design Guide.
Image files in JPEG, JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, and SVG formats can be added to the check-in promotion theme.
Deleting Objects
Delete all design layers from the existing theme except for the special layers responsible for the main check-in functions.
- Do not delete special layers connected to mission state changes, the check-in button, and mission combination state display.
- Delete only the design elements that need to be replaced, such as background images, decorative images, and instruction text images included in the existing theme.
- If special layers are deleted, mission state display, the check-in button, mission combination prizes, and state images may not function properly.

Adjusting the Canvas (Artboard) Size
Click the Canvas area in the right layer panel to open the Canvas Settings panel.

In the Canvas Settings panel, adjust the canvas (artboard) size to match the size of the design file to be uploaded.

Setting the canvas size before uploading the design files allows you to place the background, mission state images, check-in button, and mission combination images more accurately.
Uploading the Background (Canvas)
Click the Add File button at the top of the design editor to upload the background file.

After adding the uploaded background image to the canvas, adjust its size and position to fit the canvas.
- Place the background image behind the main objects, such as the check-in template, mission states, and check-in button.
- Arrange key information, such as the event name, event period, participation instructions, and reward information, so that it does not overlap the check-in objects.

Uploading the Mission Pending State
Click the Add File button at the top of the design editor to upload the Mission Pending State design file.

Move the uploaded design file under the Mission Pending State layer in the right layer panel.
- Delete the previous Mission Pending State design file.
- After adding the file, adjust the desired position, size, and angle within the range that matches the mission position.
- Use a distinct design so that it is not confused with the Mission Available State or Mission Completed State.

Uploading the Mission Available State
Click the Add File button at the top of the design editor to upload the Mission Available State design file.

Move the uploaded design file under the Mission Available State layer in the right layer panel.
- Delete the previous Mission Available State design file.
- After adding the file, adjust the desired position, size, and angle within the range that matches the mission position.
- Clearly distinguish it from the pending and completed states so participants can easily identify the mission currently available for check-in.

Uploading the Mission Completed State
Click the Add File button at the top of the design editor to upload the Mission Completed State design file.

Move the uploaded design file under the Mission Completed State layer in the right layer panel.
- Delete the previous Mission Completed State design file.
- After adding the file, adjust the desired position, size, and angle within the range that matches the mission position.
- We recommend using a stamp, check mark, completion image, or similar visual so participants can immediately recognize missions for which check-in has been completed.

Uploading the Check-in Button
Click the Add File button at the top of the design editor to upload the Check-in Button design file.

Move the uploaded design file under the Check-in Button layer in the right layer panel.
- Delete the previous Check-in Button design file.
- After adding the file, adjust the desired position, size, and angle without extending beyond the canvas (artboard).
- Place the button where it does not overlap mission state images or the mission combination area so participants can easily find it.

Uploading the Mission Combination Pending State
Click the Add File button at the top of the design editor to upload the Mission Combination Pending State design file.

Move the uploaded design file under the Mission Combination Pending State layer in the right layer panel.
- Delete the previous Mission Combination Pending State design file.
- After adding the file, adjust the desired position, size, and angle without extending beyond the mission combination area.
- We recommend using an inactive state, lock indicator, pending image, or similar visual so that it is not confused with the Mission Combination Completed State.

Uploading the Mission Combination Completed State
Click the Add File button at the top of the design editor to upload the Mission Combination Completed State design file.

Move the uploaded design file under the Mission Combination Completed State layer in the right layer panel.
- Delete the previous Mission Combination Completed State design file.
- After adding the file, adjust the desired position, size, and angle without extending beyond the mission combination area.
- We recommend using a completion indicator, highlighted image, or similar visual so participants can immediately recognize that the mission combination requirements have been met.
