AWS Executive Roundtable 2026

DPromotion was recently invited to the “AWS Scale Executive Roundtable Korea 2026,” hosted by AWS, where it introduced its service and technology direction centered on its core technology, the “Agentic AI-based Virtual Waiting Room.” The presentation explored the structural challenges companies face in today’s changing marketing environment and shared how these challenges can be solved through a unified execution framework.

DPromotion is a SaaS platform that enables brands to quickly launch interactive campaigns and convert customer participation into data. Without any separate development process, marketers can directly design and instantly deploy a variety of participatory campaigns such as roulettes, quizzes, raffles, and scratch cards. Every customer action generated throughout the process is naturally accumulated as data. Because this data is based not on simple clicks or traffic inflow, but on actual participation, choices, and responses, it provides clearer customer intent and insights.

In particular, the presentation emphasized the importance of Zero-Party Data in an environment where cookie-based tracking is becoming increasingly difficult. Data that customers willingly provide through their own participation is the most reliable asset, and the ability to naturally encourage and accumulate this data is becoming a core competitive advantage in marketing. At the same time, the presentation also addressed the “paradox of success,” where successful campaigns attract heavy traffic, creating infrastructure challenges and potentially damaging the customer experience.

DPromotion aims to solve these challenges not by simply adding individual features, but through one integrated structure. It is designed to drive participation through campaigns, convert that participation into data, and maintain a stable experience even in large-scale traffic environments. Within this flow, the “Agentic AI-based Virtual Waiting Room” plays a key role.

This system is not merely a queue that limits access, but an intelligent structure that analyzes and coordinates traffic flow in real time. It automatically controls access speed, supports priority entry for VIP customers, and detects and blocks bots and macros, providing a fair and stable participation environment. At the same time, it is designed to deliver brand messages and interactions during the waiting time, allowing customers to continue the experience rather than simply wait.

These functions are implemented through collaboration among multiple AI agents. Agents that predict and analyze traffic, control entry flow, manage security, and design the user experience are organically connected and operate in real time. Through this, traffic is no longer a burden on the system, but is transformed into an opportunity for greater participation and data acquisition.

DPromotion implemented this structure based on AWS’s cloud-native environment. By actively utilizing managed services and serverless architecture, it minimized the burden of infrastructure operations while securing high scalability and stability. Through PoC collaboration with AWS, DPromotion also verified and optimized performance and cost in advance under real operating conditions.

DPromotion’s structure has already been validated across various global brand sites. By connecting offline store experiences with QR-based interactions to collect behavioral data, and by gathering non-identifiable participation data even in environments with strict privacy regulations, DPromotion is turning a new online-to-offline marketing approach into tangible results.

Through this presentation, DPromotion emphasized that the direction of marketing is shifting away from simple competition for traffic and toward a structure that designs participation and accumulates data. Campaigns are no longer one-time events; they are evolving into data infrastructure that helps brands understand customer behavior and expand relationships.

Great ideas have always existed. Now is the time to pair them with a structure that can execute quickly, operate reliably, and connect them to meaningful data.
